If during the first year of the dogs life he/she is diagnosed with CMO or Legge Perthes the breeder will return 50% of the purchase price and the purchaser shall keep the dog (veterinarian’s certificate required)

If the purchaser does not wish to have the dog at any time after the purchase date, the breeder shall have the right of “first refusal”.

Under no condition shall the dog be placed in a pound or euthanized

other than by a veterinarian’s recommendation and after consultation with myself and My Vet.

A safe and secure play and exercise area shall be provided for the dog.
